By visiting our site and/or booking a seasonal porch décor service from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Our store is hosted on Squarespace, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.
1. SERVICE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to request our porch decorating services. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. Any breach will result in immediate termination of services.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time. Your content (not including payment details) may be transferred across networks. Payment details are always encrypted during transfer.
3. SERVICE AREA & AVAILABILITY
Our porch décor services are currently offered in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions in Ontario, Canada. Services include delivery, installation, and removal depending on the package selected.
We may, at our discretion, limit services based on seasonal demand, delivery zones, or product availability.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- Orders cancelled 14 days or more before delivery are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled 10–13 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Orders cancelled within 10 days of delivery are non-refundable due to preparation and inventory commitments.
If an item is damaged or unusable within 3 days of delivery, we will replace it with the same or comparable item (subject to availability).
5. PRICING & MODIFICATIONS
Prices for our services may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
6. USER CONTENT & REVIEWS
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us permission to use such content for promotional purposes. You confirm you own the rights to any content you submit.
7. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use our site or services for:
- Illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Uploading harmful code, spam, or misleading content
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Harassing, defaming, or discriminating against others
